5. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from ibn Muskan from abu Basir who has narrated the following
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a woman who dies and leaves behind just her husband. He (the Imam) said, ‘The legacy belongs to him.’ He said, ‘It means that there are no other heirs besides the husband.’”
5- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ مُسْكَانَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قُلْتُ امْرَأَةٌ مَاتَتْ وَتَرَكَتْ زَوْجَهَا قَالَ الْمَالُ لَهُ قَالَ مَعْنَاهُ لا وَارِثَ لَهَا غَيْرُهُ.
