Hadith 274

3. Muhammad ibn ’Isma‘il has narrated from al-Fadl ibn Shadhan from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from ‘Rib‘iy who has narrated the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah, Alayhi al-Salam, has said, ‘When a man dies, his sword, holy book, his ring and coat of arms belong to his eldest son.’”
3- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ شَاذَانَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ رِبْعِيِّ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
إِذَا مَاتَ الرَّجُلُ فَلِلأكْبَرِ مِنْ وُلْدِهِ سَيْفُهُ وَمُصْحَفُهُ وَخَاتَمُهُ وَدِرْعُهُ.
