1. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from al-Hassan ibn Ali from Tha’labah ibn Maymun from abu al-Hassan al-Sabady from ‘Ammar ibn Musa who has narrated the following
“I once heard abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), saying, ‘The owner of the asset has a greater degree of rights in his assets as long as there is some spirit in him. He can do about it whatever he wants.”’
