26. Ahmad ibn Muhammad has narrated from al-‘Asemiy from Ali ibn al-Hassan from Ali ibn Asbat from Muhammad ibn Humran from Zurarah who has narrated the following
“About the case of a man who gives in charity what is owned in partnership, abu Ja’far (a.s.), has said, ‘It is permissible.’”
