Hadith 952

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘ Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following
“Once abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), was asked about the case of a man who had sheep and cows and he separated the clean and the dead then they became mixed and about what he should do. He (the Imam) said, ‘He can sell it to one who considers dead animals lawful then use what he receives as payment; it is not unlawful.’”
عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ
كَانَتْ لَهُ غَنَمٌ وَ بَقَرٌ وَ كَانَ يُدْرِكُ الذَّكِيَّ مِنْهَا فَيَعْزِلُهُ وَ يَعْزِلُ الْمَيْتَةَ ثُمَّ إِنَّ الْمَيْتَةَ وَ الذَّكِيَّ اخْتَلَطَا فَكَيْفَ يَصْنَعُ بِهِ فَقَالَ يَبِيعُهُ مِمَّنْ يَسْتَحِلُّ الْمَيْتَةَ وَ يَأْكُلُ ثَمَنَهُ فَإِنَّهُ لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ .
