Hadith 858

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ‘Amr ibn ‘Uthman from Mufaddaf ibn Salih from Zayd af-Shahham who has said the following
“Once abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), was asked about the slaughtering of the taxpayers (who are non-Muslims). He (the Imam) said, ‘Do not use it for food even if he has mentioned the name of Allah or not.’”
عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ مُفَضَّلِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ عَنْ زَيْدٍ الشَّحَّامِ قَالَ
سُئِلَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنْ ذَبِيحَةِ الذِّمِّيِّ فَقَالَ لَا تَأْكُلْهُ إِنْ سَمَّى وَ إِنْ لَمْ يُسَمِّ .
