2. It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith from ibn Faddal from ibn Bukayr from those who narrated to him who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘If a bird has full control over its wings (is able to fly) it then belongs to whoever catches it . 555
