Hadith 745

4. Aban has narrated from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sulayman who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Whatever of the prey is caught in the snare which is cut off or has died is dead.’”
أَبَانٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
مَا أَخَذَتِ الْحِبَالَةُ فَانْقَطَعَ مِنْهُ شَيْءٌ أَوْ مَاتَ فَهُوَ مَيْتَةٌ .
