Hadith 682

20. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu Nasr from abu Jamifah from Muhammad ibn Marwan who has said the following
“About the case of a woman who is speechless and about how can he go through the process of al- Li‘an (condemnation) against her, abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘They must be separated from each other and she is not lawful for him in marriage forever.’”
عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَمِيلَةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَرْوَانَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) فِي الْمَرْأَةِ الْخَرْسَاءِ كَيْفَ يُلَاعِنُهَا زَوْجُهَا قَالَ
يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهُمَا وَ لَا تَحِلُّ لَهُ أَبَداً .
