9. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following
“About the case of a man who goes through the process of al-Li‘an (condemnation) against his wife who is speechless, abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘They must be separated from each other.”’
