Hadith 628

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from ibn Bukayr from ‘Ubayd ibn Zurarah who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ’Divorce is not a divorce unless it is intended to be a divorce, and Zihar is not Zihar unless it is intended to be so.’”
عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
لَا طَلَاقَ إِلَّا مَا أُرِيدَ بِهِ الطَّلَاقُ وَ لَا ظِهَارَ إِلَّا مَا أُرِيدُ بِهِ الظِّهَارُ .
