6. Ali ibn al-Hakam from has narrated from Rifa‘ah ibn Musa from those who narrated to him who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), when about to take a bath would eat something. I once asked, ‘People around us say that before eating anything is the best time for taking a bath.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘No, one must eat something before taking bath; it banished bitterness (acidity) and calms down the temperature in the belly.’”
