Hadith 2191

5. Ahmad ibn Muhammad has narrated from Ali ibn al-Hakam from al-Muthanna’ al-Hannat from abu Basir who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Do not enter a bathhouse until there is something in your belly to calm down the excitement of your stomach and it is more energizing for the body. Do not enter it with your stomach full of food.’”
أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنِ الْمُثَنَّى بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ الْحَنَّاطِ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
لَا تَدْخُلِ الْحَمَّامَ إِلَّا وَ فِي جَوْفِكَ شَيْءٌ يُطْفَأُ بِهِ عَنْكَ وَهَجُ الْمَعِدَةِ وَ هُوَ أَقْوَى لِلْبَدَنِ وَ لَا تَدْخُلْهُ وَ أَنْتَ مُمْتَلِئٌ مِنَ الطَّعَامِ .
