Al-Kāfi
Hadith 2121عَنْهُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ الْخَزَّازِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ ( صلوات الله عليه ) وَ الْحَجَّامُ يَأْخُذُ مِنْ لِحْيَتِهِ فَقَالَ دَوِّرْهَا .
5. It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith from his father from al-Nadr ibn Suwayd from certain persons of his people from abu Ayyub al-Khazzaz from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: “I once saw abu Ja‘far (a.s.), when the barber trimmed his beard, he (the Imam) said, ‘Make it round.’”
