Hadith 2097

7. It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith from his father from al-Qasim ibn Muhammad al-Jawhariy from al-Husayn ibn ‘Umar ibn Yazid from his father who has said the following
“I once heard abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), saying, ‘Applying black hair dye is entertaining for women and show one’s firmness to the enemy. 5 ”
عَنْهُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْجَوْهَرِيِّ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ الْخِضَابُ بِالسَّوَادِ أُنْسٌ لِلنِّسَاءِ وَ مَهَابَةٌ لِلْعَدُوِّ .
