Hadith 1931

7. Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from al-Hassan ibn Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Sama‘ah from more than one person from Aban al- Ahmar from Muhammad ibn Musiim who has said the
folio wing: “Abu Ja’far (a.s.), has said, ‘Silk garments are not proper, however, selling such garments is not unlawful.’”
حُمَيْدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَمَاعَةَ عَنْ غَيْرِ وَاحِدٍ عَنْ أَبَانٍ الْأَحْمَرِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
لَا يَصْلُحُ لِبَاسُ الْحَرِيرِ وَ الدِّيبَاجِ فَأَمَّا بَيْعُهُمَا فَلَا بَأْسَ .
