11. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn al-Husayn from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd Allah from ‘Uqbah ibn Khalid who has said the following
“About the case of a man who takes ten ritl of grape juice, then pours in it twenty ritl of water, then boils it until twenty ritl of it is evaporated and only ten ritl is left; if it can be used for drink or not. He (the Imam) said, ‘What is cooked until only one-third remains it is lawful.’”
