Hadith 1616

6. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn al-Hassan from ‘Abd al- Rahman ibn abu Hashim from Salim ibn Mukram who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘My father once said to ‘Amr ibn ‘Ubayd, Bashir ibn al- Rahhal and Wasil in a Hadith, “Do not drink water from the ear (handle) of a bowl or its broken part if there is any, because it is the place from which Satan drinks.’””
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي هَاشِمٍ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ مُكْرَمٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
قَالَ أَبِي لِعَمْرِو بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ وَ بَشِيرٍ الرَّحَّالِ وَ وَاصِلٍ فِي حَدِيثٍ وَ لَا يُشْرَبُ مِنْ أُذُنِ الْكُوزِ وَ لَا مِنْ كَسْرِهِ إِنْ كَانَ فِيهِ فَإِنَّهُ مَشْرَبُ الشَّيَاطِينِ .
