Hadith 1613

3. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ‘Uthman ibn ‘Isa from Sama‘ah ibn Mehran who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘It is not proper to drink water with bowl made of gold or silver.’”
عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ سَمَاعَةَ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
لَا يَنْبَغِي الشُّرْبُ فِي آنِيَةِ الذَّهَبِ وَ لَا الْفِضَّةِ .
