Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Yasar al-Khadim who has said the following “Abu al-Hassan, al-Rida’ (a.s.), has said, ’Eating melons before breakfast causes paralysis, may Allah grant us protection against it!”’ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ يَاسِرٍ الْخَادِمِ عَنِ الرِّضَا ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ الْبِطِّيخُ عَلَى الرِّيقِ يُورِثُ الْفَالِجَ نَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنْهُ . Hadith 1483 ۞ 1.
