Hadith 1404

3. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn abu ‘Abd Allah from certain persons of his people from Salih ibn ‘Uqbah who has said the following
“I once, heard abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), saying, ‘Eat broad beans with its peels. It cleanses (tans) the stomach.’”
عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ كُلُوا الْبَاقِلَّى بِقِشْرِهِ فَإِنَّهُ يَدْبُغُ الْمَعِدَةَ .
