Hadith 1180

2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn Musa from al-Khashshab from Ali ibn Hassan from certain persons of our people who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Feed bread of rice to a person suffering from diarrhea; nothing else is more useful for such a sufferer than this, it also tans (treats) the stomach and dispels the pain sufficiently.’”
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنِ الْخَشَّابِ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حَسَّانَ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِنَا قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) أَطْعِمُوا الْمَبْطُونَ خُبْزَ الْأَرُزِّ فَمَا دَخَلَ جَوْفَ الْمَبْطُونِ شَيْءٌ أَنْفَعُ مِنْهُ أَمَا إِنَّهُ يَدْبُغُ الْمَعِدَةَ وَ يَسُلُّ الدَّاءَ سَلًّا .
