“This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of two men who disputed about an asset. One said that it was a Wadi ‘ah (safe deposit) and the other said that it was al-Rahn (security deposit). Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘The words of one who says that it is al-Rahn (security deposit) are accepted unless the other party presents witnesses who testify that it is Wadi ‘ah (safe deposit).”’
