1. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Faddal from Muthanna’ from Zurarah who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘One cannot buy or sell an abandoned child that is found.’”
1- عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنْ مُثَنًّى عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ
اللَّقِيطُ لا يُشْتَرَى وَلا يُبَاعُ.
