Hadith 783
۞
2. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from ibn Mahbub from Fudayl who has said the following
“A Sindiy slave once said to abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), ‘I said to my master, “Sell me for seven hundred dirham, I pay you three hundred dirham.’” Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), said, ‘If you owned something on the day you made the condition then you must pay, and if you did not have anything on that day there is nothing on you.’”
