Hadith 702

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘ Umayr from Jamil ibn Darraj who has said the following
“Abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Advance payment to receive goods at an appointed time in the future is lawful if the length and width are fully described.”’
1- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ جَمِيلِ بْنِ دَرَّاجٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
لا بَأْسَ بِالسَّلَمِ فِي الْمَتَاعِ إِذَا وَصَفْتَ الطُّولَ وَالْعَرْضَ.
