Hadith 689

3. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn ‘Isma’il has narrated from al-Fadl ibn Shadhan from abu al-Sabbah al-Kinaniy who has said the following
“About the case of a man who carries goods for the people of a market who set a price on the goods and say, ‘If you sold for more, the extra is for you’, abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘It is not harmful but he cannot sell it for them on the basis of profit sharing.’”
3- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفُضَيْلِ عَنْ أَبِي الصَّبَّاحِ الْكِنَانِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام)
فِي رَجُلٍ يَحْمِلُ الْمَتَاعَ لأهْلِ السُّوقِ وَقَدْ قَوَّمُوهُ عَلَيْهِ قِيمَةً فَيَقُولُونَ بِعْ فَمَا ازْدَدْتَ فَلَكَ قَالَ لا بَأْسَ بِذَلِكَ وَلَكِنْ لا يَبِيعُهُمْ مُرَابَحَةً.
