Hadith 279

1. Abu Ali al-Ash’ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar from certain persons of his people from Khalaf ibn Hammad from ‘Isma’il ibn abu Qurrah from abu Basir who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘When a man dies, payment of all of loans for and against him opens up (becomes due). 5 ”
1- أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الأشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنْ خَلَفِ بْنِ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي قُرَّةَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ قَالَ
قَالَ لِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) إِذَا مَاتَ الرَّجُلُ حَلَّ مَا لَهُ وَمَا عَلَيْهِ مِنَ الدَّيْنِ.
