1. Muhammad ibn ‘Isma’il has narrated from al-Fadl ibn Shadhan from and Abu Ali al-Ash’ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar from Safwan ibn Yahya from ibn Muskan from Zurarah who has said the following
“I once asked abu Ja’far (a.s.), about the words of Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, . . the dependents who are not of the condition of sensing carnal desires among men. . . (24:31) He (the Imam) said, ‘ It is a reference to those who because of dimwittedness do not go near women.”’
