4. Ibn Mahbub from ‘ Abd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘A woman does not have permission with the existence of her husband to set free a slave, give charity, contract with a slave, give gift or make a vow in her assets without the permission of her husband except payment of Zakat or doing good to parents or keeping good relations with her relatives.”’
4- ابْنُ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
لَيْسَ لِلْمَرْأَةِ أَمْرٌ مَعَ زَوْجِهَا فِي عِتْقٍ وَلا صَدَقَةٍ وَلا تَدْبِيرٍ وَلا هِبَةٍ وَلا نَذْرٍ فِي مَالِهَا إِلا بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا إِلا فِي زَكَاةٍ أَوْ بِرِّ وَالِدَيْهَا أَوْ صِلَةِ قَرَابَتِهَا.
