Hadith 1857

10. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ali ibn Asbat and Muhammad ibn al-Husayn all from Hakam ibn Miskin from ‘Ammar who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), once said to Sulayman ibn Khalid and I, ‘I have made al-Mut‘ah (advantageous marriage) unlawful for you from my side as long as you are in al-Madinah because you come very often to me and I am afraid you will be caught and it will be said, “These are companions of Ja’far.’””
10- عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَسْبَاطٍ وَمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ جَمِيعاً عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ مِسْكِينٍ عَنْ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) لِي وَلِسُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ قَدْ حَرَّمْتُ عَلَيْكُمَا الْمُتْعَةَ مِنْ قِبَلِي مَا دُمْتُمَا بِالْمَدِينَةِ لأنَّكُمَا تُكْثِرَانِ الدُّخُولَ عَلَيَّ فَأَخَافُ أَنْ تُؤْخَذَا فَيُقَالَ هَؤُلاءِ أَصْحَابُ جَعْفَرٍ.
