Hadith 1733

8. Al-Husayn from Muhammad has narrated from Mu’alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali ibn Faddal from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sinan from ‘Umar ibn Yazid who has said the following
“This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a boy who is breastfed once and twice. He (the Imam) said, ‘It does not cause unlawfulness.’ I counted up to ten times breastfeeding. He (the Imam) said, ‘If they are on different times they do not cause unlawfulness.’”
8- الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) عَنِ الْغُلامِ يَرْضَعُ الرَّضْعَةَ وَالرَّضْعَتَيْنِ فَقَالَ لا يُحَرِّمُ فَعَدَدْتُ عَلَيْهِ حَتَّى أَكْمَلْتُ عَشْرَ رَضَعَاتٍ فَقَالَ إِذَا كَانَتْ مُتَفَرِّقَةً [فَلا].
