4. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from ibn ‘Udhaynah from Zurarah who has said the following
“About the case of a man who goes to bed with his mother-in-law or his stepdaughter or her sister, abu Ja’far ‘Alayhi al-Salam, has said, ‘This does not make his wife unlawful for him.’ He (the Imam) then said, ‘Unlawful does not make a lawful thing unlawful.’”
