Hadith 1614

4. Abu Ali al-Ash’ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar from Safwan ibn Yahya from Aban from ‘Abbad al-Dabbiy who has said the following
“About the case of a man who is impotent, abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘When it is found out that he is impotent and cannot sleep with women, they are separated from each other; and if he goes to bed with her even once then they are not separated from each other; man is not turned away because of defect.’”
4- أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الأشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنْ عَبَّادٍ الضَّبِّيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
فِي الْعِنِّينِ إِذَا عُلِمَ أَنَّهُ عِنِّينٌ لا يَأْتِي النِّسَاءَ فُرِّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا وَإِذَا وَقَعَ عَلَيْهَا وَقْعَةً وَاحِدَةً لَمْ يُفَرَّقْ بَيْنَهُمَا وَالرَّجُلُ لا يُرَدُّ مِنْ عَيْبٍ.
