۞
1. Ali ibn Muhammad has narrated from Salih ibn abu Hammad from ibn Faddal from certain persons of our people who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘If one agrees to pay mahr (dower) then decides not to pay it, he is like a thief.’”
1- عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ أَبِي حَمَّادٍ عَنِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
مَنْ أَمْهَرَ مَهْراً ثُمَّ لا يَنْوِي قَضَاءَهُ كَانَ بِمَنْزِلَةِ السَّارِقِ.
