Hadith 1493

1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Muhammad ibn ‘Isma’il from Muhammad ibn al- Fudayl from abu al-Sabbah al-Kinaniy who has said the following
“This is concerning my question before abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), about mahr (dower) and its amount. He (the Imam) said, ‘Whatever amount people agree upon is mahr (dower).’”
1- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفُضَيْلِ عَنْ أَبِي الصَّبَّاحِ الْكِنَانِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الْمَهْرِ مَا هُوَ قَالَ مَا تَرَاضَى عَلَيْهِ النَّاسُ.
