Hadith 1453

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from abu Ayyub af-Khazzaz from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following
“I once asked abu Ja‘far (a.s.), about the case of a man who wanted to marry a woman if he could look at her. He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, he can do so because he wants to pay a high price/”
1- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ الْخَزَّازِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَ الْمَرْأَةَ أَيَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهَا قَالَ نَعَمْ إِنَّمَا يَشْتَرِيهَا بِأَغْلَى الثَّمَنِ.
