Hadith 1224

12. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Faddal from Ali ibn ‘Uqbah from his father who has said the following
“I once heard abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), saying, ‘Looking is an arrow of the poisoned arrows of Satan, and there are many such arrows that cause regret for a long time.’”
12- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ النَّظَرُ سَهْمٌ مِنْ سِهَامِ إِبْلِيسَ مَسْمُومٌ وَكَمْ مِنْ نَظْرَةٍ أَوْرَثَتْ حَسْرَةً طَوِيلَةً.
