2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘ Umayr from Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a woman who goes out with people other than her guardian. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is not harmful. If she has her husband or a son or brother who can go with her; but if she cannot provide their expenses, then it is not proper for her to sit without al-Hajj, and it is not proper for them to stop her from performing al-Hajj.’”
