Hadith 946

5. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah, Alayhi al-Salam, has said, ‘If a man is affluent but an illness or some other good reason in the sight of Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, prevents him he is required (to hire) a man who has not performed any al-Hajj on his expenses to go to perform al-Hajj on his behalf.’”
5ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله قَالَ
إِنْ كَانَ رَجُلٌ مُوسِرٌ حَالَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْحَجِّ مَرَضٌ أَوْ أَمْرٌ يَعْذِرُهُ الله عَزَّ وَجَلَّ فِيهِ فَإِنَّ عَلَيْهِ أَنْ يُحِجَّ عَنْهُ صَرُورَةً لا مَالَ لَهُ.
