2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn Ahmad in a marfu‘ manner who has said the following
“He (the Imam) (a.s.), has said, ‘If people are fasting and have not seen the new moon, then a just people come and testify to their seeing the new moon they must discontinue fasting and on the morning of the next day come out for their ‘Id.’”
2ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ رَفَعَهُ قَالَ
إِذَا أَصْبَحَ النَّاسُ صِيَاماً وَلَمْ يَرَوُا الْهِلالَ وَجَاءَ قَوْمٌ عُدُولٌ يَشْهَدُونَ عَلَى الرُّؤْيَةِ فَلْيُفْطِرُوا وَلْيَخْرُجُوا مِنَ الْغَدِ أَوَّلَ النَّهَارِ إِلَى عِيدِهِمْ.
