4. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from certain individuals of our people from Jamil ibn Salih who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that when it is the morning of the day of al-Fitr, an announcer announces, ‘Come to receive your presents.’”
