A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Asram ibn Hawshab from ‘Isa ibn ‘Abd Allah who has said the following “Ja’far ibn Muhammad, ‘Alayhim al-Salam, has said, ‘The valleys of al-Haram (the sacred area) flow into non-sacred valleys but non-sacred valleys do not flow into al-Haram (the sacred area).’” 1ـ عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَصْرَمَ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ عَبْدِ الله عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ (عَلَيْهِما السَّلاَم) قَالَ أَوْدِيَةُ الْحَرَمِ تَسِيلُ فِي الْحِلِّ وَأَدْوِيَةُ الْحِلِّ لا تَسِيلُ فِي الْحَرَمِ. hadith 2044 ۞ 1.
