4. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad and Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Mahbub from ibn Ri’ab from Durays al-Kunasiy who has said the following
“I once asked abu Ja‘far (a.s.), about a man who leaves ‘Arafat before sunset. He (the Imam) said, ‘He owes one badanah to slaughter on the day of al-Nahr (slaughtering the offering), if unable to do this he must fast for eighteen days in Makkah or on the way or at home.’” (Fatwa best explains Hadith 4 of this Chapter)
