Hadith 1690
۞
1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Hammad from Hariz from Zurarah who has said the following
“Abu Ja’far (a.s.), has said, ’Asma’ bint ‘Umays gave birth to Muhammad ibn abu Bakr. The Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, commanded her, when she wanted to assume the state of Ihram from Dhu al- Hulayfah, to fill up herself with cotton and cloth and say Talbiyah for al-Hajj. They entered Makkah, when they had performed all acts, eighteen days had passed. The Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, commanded her to perform Tawaf around the House and perform Salat (prayer) but her bleeding had not stopped and she followed the instruction.”’
