4. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about a man who performs Hajj but does not touch the Black Stone. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is of the Sunnah, but if you cannot do it, Allah is the foremost to accept one’s apology.’”
4ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) عَنْ رَجُلٍ حَجَّ وَلَمْ يَسْتَلِمِ الْحَجَرَ فَقَالَ هُوَ مِنَ السُّنَّةِ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَقْدِرْ فَالله أَوْلَى بِالْعُذْرِ.
