3. Abu Ali al-Ash’ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar from Safwan ibn Yahya from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘If one owes to slaughter an offering because of his hunting in the state of Ihram if he is for al-Hajj, he must slaughter it in Mina’; if he is for al-‘Umrah, then he must slaughter it in Makkah in front of al-Ka‘bah.’”
