7. Ahmad ibn Muhammad from has narrated from Muhammad ibn Sinan from Hammad ibn ‘Uthaman who has said the following
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about a man who is in the state of Ihram; if he can divorce. He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, he can pronounce divorce.’”
7ـ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) قَالَ
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الْمُحْرِمِ يُطَلِّقُ قَالَ نَعَمْ.
