Hadith 1317

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘ Umayr from Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘ Ammar who has said the following
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about a man who in the state of Ihram kills a louse. He (the Imam) said, ‘There is nothing on him for it, but it is not proper to do so knowingly.’”
2ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لأَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) مَا تَقُولُ فِي مُحْرِمٍ قَتَلَ قَمْلَةً قَالَ لا شَيْءَ عَلَيْهِ فِي الْقَمْلِ وَلا يَنْبَغِي أَنْ يَتَعَمَّدَ قَتْلَهَا.
