2. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ya’qub ibn Yazid from Ja’far al-Ahwal from ‘Uthman ibn ‘Isa who has said the following
“I once asked al-Rida’ (a.s.), about a man who receives an amount to perform al-Hajj but he gives it to someone else. He (the Imam) said, ’It is not harmful.’”
